Telehealth psychotherapy support groups for queer, non-monogamous, and neurodivergent individuals, as well as those interested in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, located in WA, ID, or FL.
Building Community, Connection, and Growth
Each group is intentionally designed to foster deep connection and meaningful personal growth, no matter where you are on your journey. Whether you’re seeking community, working through trauma, or interested in personal development, our groups are here to offer you support, camaraderie, and the tools you need to thrive.
Why Join Our Groups?
Our groups aren’t one-size-fits-all. We believe in the power of community and understand that everyone’s needs are different. That’s why we take the time to tailor each group based on the specific needs and goals of its members. Our offerings range from spaces focused on fun and social connection to those that encourage deep self-reflection and skill-building. Whether you’re looking to laugh with like-minded folx or explore more challenging personal growth work, there’s a group for you.
Some of our groups focus on themes such as:

-
Queer Identity & Support: A safe space for LGBTQIA+ individuals to explore their identities, build resilience, and connect with others.
-
Non-Monogamy & Relationship Support: Groups that offer a non-judgmental space to discuss the joys and challenges of non-monogamous relationships, from polyamory to relationship anarchy.
-
Neurodivergent Spaces: Whether you’re living with ADHD, autism, or another form of neurodivergence, we create supportive groups that focus on navigating life in a world that wasn’t made for those of us who are different.
-
Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAP): For those interested in or actively participating in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, we offer groups that provide space for preparation, integration, and community support throughout the journey.
-
Therapist Supervision & Consultation: We also offer groups for therapists who are looking for supervision, consultation, or peer support, particularly for those working with queer, non-monogamous, or neurodivergent clients or who would like to learn more about these areas to add to their practice.
What Makes Us Different?
At Courageous You, our group spaces are built on the foundation of mutual respect, shared learning, and community care. Each group evolves in response to the lived experiences and feedback of its members, ensuring that the group remains relevant and supportive. We strive to create environments where every voice is heard, every story is valued, and every participant can show up fully as themselves.
