That goes deeper

with you

Therapy Intensives

When healing needs more time, this therapy offers space to move through layers of experience for individuals and relationships of all kinds. Rooted in care, focus, and integration. For clients in Washington, Idaho, and Florida.

Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. That’s why I offer two different therapy intensives each one designed to give you focused time, spacious support, and a path forward.

Whether you're navigating past trauma, preparing for a life transition, or wanting to strengthen your connections, each intensive is customized to help you move through what feels stuck and step into lasting change.

Relationship Therapy Intensives

Whether you're in a couple, polycule, or other relational constellation, these intensives are designed to help you reconnect, repair, and grow together. Using trauma-informed, somatic, and queer/non-monogamy-affirming approaches, we’ll create space to tend to old wounds, improve communication, and strengthen the foundation of your relationships with care and intention.

Somatic EMDR Therapy Intensives

These immersive sessions offer space to gently process trauma through both body and mind. We’ll use EMDR reprocessing alongside grounding, movement, and other somatic tools to help release stuck patterns, build resilience, and make room for new ways of being. This is deep, supported work that honors your pace and your story.

A Closer Look at Relationship Therapy Intensives

After a relationship therapy intensive, your system has more space to integrate. It's a powerful window for healing, clarity, and lasting change.

Relationship Therapy Intensives

With more spacious time than weekly therapy allows, these intensives offer a focused environment for real connection and change. Designed for couples, polycules, and other relational constellations, this is a space where your structure and values are respected from the start. Whether you’re working through conflict, tending to trust, or wanting to feel more aligned in your connection, we’ll slow down and go deeper together. Rooted in trauma-informed, somatic, and queer/non-monogamy-affirming care, these sessions support you in shifting patterns, strengthening communication, and creating a more sustainable foundation for your relationships.

Somatic EMDR Therapy Intensives

These intensives offer more time and space than a typical therapy session, creating the conditions for deeper, uninterrupted healing. With a steady, supportive pace, we’ll move through what’s felt stuck combining EMDR reprocessing with somatic practices like grounding, breathwork, and gentle movement. This extended format allows us to go beneath surface-level coping and begin to release painful patterns at their roots, helping you find relief and integration that lasts.

What Working Together Looks Like

Our work begins by getting clear on your goals and needs so we can shape the experience to support what matters most to you.

Relationship Therapy Intensives

Before the Intensive

We begin with a 90 minute preparation session. This is where we clarify your shared goals, name the challenges you most want to address, and identify the strengths you want to build on. We’ll also map out what support looks like for each person in your relationship, so everyone feels grounded and ready to begin.

During the Intensive

Day 1 (5 hours):
We dive into your relationship story, begin untangling stuck patterns, and practice new ways of communicating. Together, we’ll draw on trauma-informed, somatic, and queer/non-monogamy-affirming approaches to support the areas that feel most tender or urgent.

Day 2 (optional, 4 hours):
We build on the foundation of Day 1, going deeper into core dynamics, strengthening new skills, and expanding the relational resilience you’ll need beyond the therapy space.

Day 3 (optional, 3 hours):
We focus on integration consolidating the work you’ve done and anchoring it through sustainable agreements, rituals of connection, and practices that support ongoing repair and intimacy.

After the Intensive

We close with a 90-minute integration session to reflect on what’s shifted, highlight your most meaningful insights, and create a clear plan for continued growth. This is also a space to ensure everyone feels resourced and supported as you bring the work back into your daily life together.

Somatic EMDR Therapy Intensives

Before the Intensive

We begin with a 90-minute preparation session. This is where we clarify your goals, map out your support system, and identify what you most want to shift whether that’s easing painful memories, strengthening resilience, or preparing for a major life change. You’ll also receive a personalized workbook with reflection prompts and resources to help you stay grounded and track your process.

During the Intensive

Together, we use EMDR reprocessing alongside somatic practices like grounding, breathwork, movement, guided imagery, and creative expression. The goal is twofold: to help the hard things hurt less, and to make the good things feel more accessible in your body. Depending on your needs, we may explore early attachment experiences, current stressors, or future challenges you want to meet with strength. Every part of the plan is tailored to you.

After the Intensive

We close with a 90-minute integration session to reflect on what’s shifted, notice what feels different, and decide how to carry your insights forward. I’ll support you in sharing your progress with trusted people in your life, so the changes don’t just stay in the therapy room they become part of your everyday world.

Why Intensives Offer Something Different

A Relationship Therapy Intensive might be right for you if you want to:

  • Create focused time to heal and grow without the stop-and-start rhythm of weekly sessions.

  • Work through trust ruptures, communication breakdowns, or long-standing conflict.

  • Strengthen your connection before a big transition like moving, expanding your network, parenting, or blending families.

  • Deepen trust, clarify agreements, and build shared practices within a polycule or relational network.

  • Move through a sense of stuckness in weekly therapy and into meaningful, sustained change.

A Somatic EMDR Therapy Intensive may be right for you if you want to:

  • Engage in deep, focused work that supports meaningful, lasting change.

  • Tend to a painful event or memory that still feels alive in your body.

  • Return to EMDR in a more immersive, supported way.

  • Prepare for a big life moment like a move, a wedding, becoming a parent, a medical procedure, or a major career shift.

  • Complement weekly therapy when things feel stuck or when you sense you’re close to a breakthrough.
