A Space for Courage and Curiosity
As the founder of Courageous You, I am dedicated to creating inclusive spaces that prioritize growth, resilience, and therapeutic exploration. I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree, which I earned in 2012, and since 2014, I have been in clinical supervisory roles. I have been an approved licensure supervisor with the Department of Health since 2021. Additionally, I studied psychedelic-assisted therapy with the Integrative Psychiatry Institute through their year-long program, which covered ketamine, psilocybin, and MDMA-assisted therapy.
My passion lies in working with individuals who are part of the LGBTQIA+, non-monogamous, and neurodivergent communities, and I myself share these identities. My experiences have deepened my understanding of the unique challenges faced by these populations, reinforcing my belief in the importance of inclusive and affirming therapeutic practices.
I am genuinely excited about the journey we will embark on together. This group is an exceptional opportunity to broaden your clinical knowledge, refine your therapeutic skills, and connect with a community of passionate professionals who are equally committed to improving mental health care.
