I know how hard it can be to find a therapist who truly gets the nuances of your life, especially if you’re moving through the world at multiple intersections.
-
Maybe you’ve had to explain basic things about your relationships, identity, or needs.
-
Maybe you’ve felt unseen or pathologized.
-
Maybe you’re still wondering if it’s safe to bring your full self into the therapy room.
With me, you don’t have to shrink yourself or your relationships. I am ready to discuss it all.
Queerness and Non-Monogamy are my Specialties
This isn’t a sideline or an afterthought. I’ve spent the past 13 years supporting people who are navigating LGBTQIA+ related challenges, polyamory, relationship anarchy, open relationships, and other non-monogamous structures. And I bring more than just professional experience to this work. As someone who is non-monogamous, queer, kinky, and neurodivergent myself, I offer care that comes from both lived understanding and clinical skill.
Challenges you shouldn’t have to face alone
-
Stigma from providers who make you feel like a problem
-
Family or community rejection
-
Relationship dynamics that feel confusing or stuck
-
Parenting or caregiving challenges in non-traditional structures
-
Burnout, masking, or sensory overwhelm
-
Big questions about belonging, identity, and self-trust

I hold space for the complexity, messiness, and brilliance of it all.
I love working with people who are crafting lives and relationships outside the mainstream. That might mean navigating shifting polycules, embracing your queer or kinky self, exploring neurodivergence, or just trying to figure out what feels right for you.

Somatic EMDR Therapy (Optional Add-On)
A body-centered approach to trauma healing that combines EMDR with somatic practices to support regulation and integration. Especially helpful if stress, dissociation, or trauma feels “stuck” in the body, Somatic EMDR can be woven into ongoing therapy or offered as a focused series.
