Lesbian Couple

Telehealth therapy for relationships of all types, including couples, polycules, adult familial relationships, friendships, and more for those located in WA, ID, or FL.

"You must love in such a way that the person you love feels free.” - Thich Nhat Hanh

I specialize in working with people in non-monogamous and/or queer relationships. This includes polyamory, relationship anarchy, open relationships, and other expansive structures. Whether you’re building something new, navigating change, or tending to long-standing dynamics, therapy can be a place to explore what feels true, possible, and sustainable for everyone involved.

I also love supporting queer, kinky, and neurodivergent folks across all kinds of partnerships. Many of the relationships I work with exist at powerful intersections. I bring 13 years of experience as a therapist, along with lived knowledge as someone who shares these identities myself.

This isn’t therapy that asks you to simplify your dynamic. It’s therapy that helps you go deeper into your connection, communication, boundaries, and care, whatever that looks like in your unique relationship.

Some of what we might explore together:

  • Clarifying agreements or navigating ruptures

  • Supporting multiple partners through transition or growth

  • Exploring needs, desires, and autonomy in connection

  • Rebuilding trust after breaches or breakdowns

  • Navigating neurodivergent differences in communication or regulation

  • Integrating kink or power dynamics with consent and clarity

  • Expanding your relationship structure with intention and support

I work with couples, triads, and full polycules. I’ve completed Gottman Method Levels 1 and 2, and I’ve thoughtfully adapted those teachings — along with other evidence-based approaches and research — to better serve the unique dynamics of non-monogamous, queer, neurodivergent, and kinky relationships. I combine this clinical training with my own lived experience within each of these identities, bringing both skill and deep personal understanding to the therapy space.

In our work together, each person is given space to be heard, respected, and supported, even when things feel tender, messy, or hard to name. Whether you're seeking more ease, more alignment, or simply a place to be honest together, you're in the right place.
