Relationship Therapy
Whether you’re partnered, polyam, or in a constellation all your own, this is a space to strengthen connection, navigate challenges, and deepen love on your terms. I work with relationships of all kinds including couples, triads, polycules, metamours, friendships, and adult familial relationships. For clients located in Washington, Idaho, and Florida.

Many of the relationships I work with exist at powerful intersections. I bring 13 years of experience as a therapist, along with lived knowledge as someone who shares these identities myself.
I love supporting queer, kinky, polyam, and neurodivergent folks across all kinds of partnerships.
This isn’t therapy that asks you to simplify your dynamic.
I specialize in working with people in non-monogamous, neurodivergent, and/or queer relationships. This includes polyamory, relationship anarchy, open relationships, and other expansive structures. Whether you’re building something new, navigating change, or tending to long-standing dynamics, therapy can be a place to explore what feels true, possible, and sustainable for everyone involved.

Your love, in all its forms, deserves care that truly understands.
I work with couples, triads, and polycules who want therapy that feels like home. A space where every identity, desire, and dynamic is welcomed without judgment.
I’ve completed training in the Gottman Method (Levels 1 & 2) as well as Emotionally Focused Therapy (Dr. Sue Johnson's Attachment-Based Intensive Course) and thoughtfully adapted those teachings, along with other evidence-based approaches, to better serve the realities of non-monogamous, queer, kinky, and neurodivergent relationships. Alongside this clinical training, I bring lived experience within these communities, so you’re met with both skill and genuine understanding.
In our work together, each person has space to be heard, respected, and supported, even when things feel tender, messy, or hard to name. Whether you’re seeking more ease, more alignment, or simply a place to be honest together, you’re in the right place.
Therapy Options and Pricing
Therapy is an investment in your healing. If you’re ready to start your healing journey, you can set up your free consultation with me now to see if we are a good fit.
I provide superbills (receipts) for clients with out-of-network insurance coverage, and many people receive significant reimbursement this way. You don’t have to navigate it alone; my staff will walk you through each step and offer support along the way. I also keep a limited number of sliding scale spots for those who can’t pay the full session rate. If working together feels right but cost is a barrier, please reach out to info@courageousyou.us to ask about current availability. We’ll do our best to make care accessible.
