Deposit to Hold Your Seat
Bring KAP into your practice with clarity, community, and support.
Reserve your seat in Cohort 3 of the KAP Training & Consultation Group, a small-group experience for licensed clinicians who want to offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, or strengthen the KAP work they already do, without figuring out every piece alone.
This is the payment plan: a $160 deposit now, then $80 after each of the first 10 sessions ($960 total).
Cohorts 1 and 2 sold out. This is the final cohort at the current tuition before the program’s format and pricing change.
Is this for you?
Maybe you’re drawn to KAP and unsure where to begin. Maybe you’ve finished a training and want to turn it into an organized offering. Or maybe you already provide KAP and want stronger workflows, clearer partnerships, and a more confident way to explain your work. You don’t need prior KAP training to join. You bring your professional judgment, your curiosity, and responsibility for practicing within your scope.
What we’ll explore
Clinical education and practice-building, woven together over 12 sessions:
- Clinical foundations: ketamine basics for therapists, screening and candidacy, set, setting, and the therapeutic container
- The treatment process: preparation, supporting clients during medicine sessions, and integration
- Collaboration and care models: working with prescribers, in-person, at-home, and telehealth models, and pairing KAP with approaches like IFS, EMDR, Brainspotting, and somatic work
- Inclusive practice: accessible, equity-oriented, identity-affirming KAP, including queer, trans, non-monogamous, kink-identified, BIPOC, and neurodivergent clients
- Building your practice: forms and documentation, structuring services and fees, explaining your work, ethical marketing, and a practice blueprint with realistic next steps
We focus on the therapist’s role in KAP. The prescriber’s role is outside the scope of this group, and we do not offer medication dosing, prescribing, or medical guidance.
What’s included
- 12 live small-group sessions on Thursdays at 12:00 p.m. PT (55 minutes each), every other week from January 7 to June 10, 2027
- 12 on-demand module lessons, available in your portal through December 31, 2027
- The KAP Practice-Building Workbook (yours to keep)
- The KAP Practice Resource Library: adaptable guides, templates, and checklists for documentation, consent and practice forms, client education, prescriber partnerships, networking, and ethical marketing (yours to keep)
- A closed, consistent cohort of up to 8 clinicians
Good to know
- Live sessions are not recorded. The on-demand lessons cover the educational content but don’t replace the live discussion.
- This is professional consultation and education, not clinical supervision, psychotherapy, or continuing education credit.
- Resources are starting points you’ll adapt to your setting, jurisdiction, and scope.
- You’ll need an active professional license and professional liability insurance.
How the payment plan works
- You have selected to pay $160 today to reserve your seat. It’s applied to your final two sessions (11 and 12).
- Then pay $80 after each of Sessions 1 through 10, charged to a card you keep on file in SimplePractice. Total tuition: $960.
- The payment plan spreads out tuition. It is not a drop-in or pay-per-attendance option. Your seat is held for the full cohort, so scheduled payments remain due regardless of attendance.
- Prefer to pay everything up front? Head back to the store and look under Trainings for the Pay in Full option at $900 (save $60).
Refunds and cancellations
- The $160 deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancel in writing on or before December 8, 2026, and you’re released from all remaining payments.
- After December 8, scheduled payments remain due.
- If I cancel the cohort, or it doesn’t reach its minimum enrollment, you’ll receive a full refund of everything you’ve paid.
What happens after you buy
- Right after checkout, download your welcome packet with your next steps, key dates, and a copy of the group agreement.
- Within 3 business days, you’ll get an email from SimplePractice with the official agreement to sign and a form to add your card on file.
- Your seat is confirmed once both are complete. Please sign within 5 business days of receiving the email.
